Lead Times
All our stocks are hand made to the customer's specifications. This can take time. Current manufacturing lead times are longer than usual due to high order volumes. You can expect the manufacturing lead time for your stock order to be approximately 3 - 4 months. Please note that this excludes holiday periods.
Delivery / Shipping / Import Taxes
We ship most of our products from within the EU - Republic of Ireland.
We typically use UPS, Fedex or An Post (Irish Postal Service) to ship our products. Some products may be shipped using other couriers.
We can ship internationally however we advise that you contact us prior to ordering if you want delivery outside the EU.
If you order our products from outside the European Union, you may be entitled to purchase excluding Irish VAT (sales tax).
Please select your country at the bottom of the PSE website. You will then see the appropriate prices for your location. The correct VAT rate will be applied depending on the shipping address of the customer.
Orders from certain countries will be entitled to purchase products for the exclusive VAT price. However, please note that you may be charged tax and import duties by customs when the goods arrive into your country. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of these import taxes / duties. We have no control over what taxes/duties will be applied on importation by your country.
Any customs duties or import taxes due when the products arrive into your country are due for payment by the customer and not a liability of PSE Composites Ltd.
Payment
PSE Composites Ltd currently accepts payment for goods by credit/debit card (securely via our website) or by Bank Transfer. Please note credit/debit card payment may incur a processing fee of up to 3%.
